Job summary

Florida's Best Water Treatment Company in Florida is seeking a Lead Canvassing Manager to lead, train, and grow a door-to-door canvassing team. This is a full-time leadership role with a base salary, commission, bonuses, team overrides, and strong earning potential.

You will interview, hire, train, and manage canvassers, develop canvassing strategies, map neighborhoods, plan routes, and track performance to drive daily results.

Qualifications

• Canvassing management experience in home improvement or related industry.
• Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills.
• Experience building, training, and motivating door-to-door sales or canvassing teams.
• Comfortable working in the field and leading by example.
