Florida's Best Water Treatment Company has been helping homeowners improve their water quality for over 60 years. We’re seeking a hands-on Canvassing Team Manager to lead a field-focused sales team in Florida.

You’ll interview, hire, train, and manage canvassers; run team meetings; coach in the field; develop neighborhood maps and routes; and monitor performance to drive production and earnings. This role offers a compensation package of $100K–$125K per year, with salary plus commission and

• Proven door-to-door canvassing management experience.
• Home improvement or related home-services experience.
• Experience building and training canvassing teams.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Must have a car or truck.
