Job summary

Florida's Best Water Treatment Company is seeking an experienced Director of Canvassing to lead, train, and grow a door-to-door canvassing team. This role is field-enabled, with you coaching in the field and driving production.

You should have proven door-to-door canvassing management experience, plus strong leadership skills and the ability to build and train teams. A car or truck is required to perform in this role.

Qualifications

Proven door-to-door canvassing management experience.
Experience in home improvement or related home services.
Experience building and training canvassing teams.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Must have a car or truck.

Responsibilities

Interview, hire, train, and manage canvassers.
Lead team meetings and coaching sessions.
Train in the field and lead by example.
Build neighborhood mapping and route strategies.
Track performance and improve team production.
