Job summary

Florida's Best Water Treatment Company is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Director to lead, train, and grow a door-to-door canvassing team. This is a hands-on role in the field, not a desk job.

You will interview, hire, train, and manage canvassers, map routes, track performance, and drive production with commission and overrides.

We're looking for an experienced Field Marketing Director to lead, train, and grow a door-to-door canvassing team. This isn't a desk-only management role. You'll be in the field, coaching your team and helping drive production.

Compensation:

• Earn $100K-$125K
• Salary + Commission + Overrides
