Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Knoxville, TN. You will welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure their needs are met throughout their shopping experience in a busy home improvement store.

The role involves assisting in multiple departments, stocking shelves, answering questions, and supporting the team to deliver excellent service. Part-time schedule offered with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience (inputting / accessing information)
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (phones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly service
• Assist customers in locating merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to aid customer service
• Prepare merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint tinting, hardware cuts)
• Guide customers through shopping and checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
