Job summary

Lowe's in Knoxville is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and resolve inquiries with friendly, knowledgeable service. You will work across departments, assist with merchandise, and support customers throughout their shopping experience while upholding Lowe's commitment to community and safety.

Qualifications

6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
Stock replenishment by identifying empty areas and restocking supplies.
Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected.
Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood).
Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
Complete other duties as assigned.
