Qualifications

• Six months experience using a computer or mobile device.
• Six months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to help deliver the best service.
• Prepare merchandise in departments (e.g., paint, plumbing, wood) based on customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
