Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and common retail tech
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
• 6 months of retail or customer service experience preferred
• Bi-lingual skills and trade certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
