You will assist customers with locating merchandise, process orders and deliveries, stock shelves, and rotate through departments to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service. This role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Six months of computer experience or higher required.
• Six months of experience using retail tech such as smartphones or tablets.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves by identifying empty spaces and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to support excellent service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (paint tinting, pipe work, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
