Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Oaks, PA to welcome customers and help them find the right home improvement products and services. You’ll engage with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and ensure needs are met with a friendly, professional approach.

You will stock, organize, and assist across departments, with opportunities to learn new trade skills and participate in store-wide training while supporting customers at checkout and during deliveries.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer in a retail setting or similar environment.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate lifting.
• Lift up to 25 lbs unassisted (or with assistance as needed).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other areas to support store operations.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, plumbing, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and complete other duties as assigned.
