Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Langhorne, PA is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them locate products, and ensure a friendly, efficient shopping experience.

You will answer questions, assist with merchandise selection, stock shelves, process orders and deliveries, and may cross-train in other departments to deliver excellent service. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong communication with customers.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic retail tech devices.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unaided or over 25 lbs with assistance.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly and professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
