Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction)
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods and perform duties
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation when needed

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service quality
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
