Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome shoppers, help them locate products, answer questions, and provide friendly, efficient service in-store. You will engage with customers throughout the day and assist with merchandise placement and checkout in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role offers part-time or full-time hours with health benefits, employee discounts, and opportunities for growth through Lowe's Track to the Trades program.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties.
• Lifting up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Replenish stock and organize shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other areas to enhance service quality.
• Prepare merchandise in the department per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
