Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience in the store.

You’ll be assisting across departments, stocking merchandise, and handling checkout duties with a focus on friendly, knowledgeable service. The role offers part-time hours and opportunities to grow with a benefits program including health insurance options, tuition assistance, a company 401(k) with matching, and a 10% associate

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use and data entry experience.
• 6 months of familiarity with retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills required.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform related duties.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and select merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so items arrive on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
