Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction)
• Able to stand for long periods and perform job duties
• Minimum 25 lbs lifting capability

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut pipes)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
