Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Missouri to welcome customers and help them find products and services for home improvement. You will interact with customers, answer questions, and ensure their needs are met throughout the day.

The role involves assisting across departments, processing orders, stocking merchandise, and sometimes loading items. Part-time opportunities and benefits are highlighted in the program overview.

Competenze

• 6 Months Experience using a computer
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties as needed
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or with assistance

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves, restock items, and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service quality
• Prepare merchandise in your department per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
