Job summary

Lowe's Stores in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs. You will interact with customers throughout the day, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met.

The role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities to cross-train in other departments, and the chance to support shopping experiences across multiple areas of the store.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction).
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Bi-lingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and identifying empty spaces.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service.
