Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of computer experience including input, access, modify, or output data.
• Six months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and simple problem solving.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service excellence.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., cut or tint where applicable).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and complete other duties.
