Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome shoppers and help them find products with friendly, efficient service.

You will assist customers across departments, stock shelves, process orders, and learn multiple areas. Part-time hours with flexible schedules and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use experience.
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and perform duties.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to improve service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department (e.g., paint, plumbing, wood, drywall).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
