Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. The role involves assisting with merchandise, answering questions, and supporting multiple departments as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ Months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying information)
• 6+ Months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise
• Stock merchandise by checking shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet expectations and timelines
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint tinting, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
