You’ll be on the sales floor, assisting with merchandise, answering questions, and ensuring smooth checkout to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand or sit for long periods and perform duties as needed.
• Lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance when required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately on time.
• Cross-train in other areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (color, size, quantity).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
