Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is looking for a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right home improvement products and services. You will interact with shoppers throughout the day, answer questions, locate items, and ensure customer needs are met with friendly, professional service.

The role supports growth in a large retail environment with opportunities to learn, earn tips, and participate in store programs.

Qualificações

• 6 Months Experience using a computer
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic proficiency

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock merchandise by identifying empty areas on shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/thread pipe)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
