Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and deliver friendly service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock replenishment and shelf organization
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service levels
• Prepare merchandise in department based on customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
