Lowe’s in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Associate who welcomes customers and helps them find the right products for home improvement, providing friendly service throughout the shopping experience.

You may work in several departments, stock shelves, process orders, assist with deliveries, and cross-train across areas to deliver the best customer service. The role supports bilingual and military-ready candidates and offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic software.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand/sit for long periods.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint, pipes, wood, drywall, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
