Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand, sit, and perform duties as required; minimum lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service delivery.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, hardware).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
