Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Mississippi seeks a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and support their home improvement needs.

You will interact with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include stocking, helping customers locate items, processing orders, and potentially working across departments to provide excellent service.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to perform duties with prolonged standing or sitting
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service
• Prepare merchandise in department (e.g., paint tinting, pipe cutting, wood cutting)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
