You will interact with customers, perform light stocking, and support multiple departments as needed. This role emphasizes friendly service, basic math, and reliable teamwork in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by identifying empty shelf space and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and complete other duties as assigned.
