Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome shoppers and help them find products across departments. You’ll provide friendly, efficient service, handle inquiries, restock shelves, and support checkout and merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities vary by department and include assisting customers, loading merchandise, and processing orders while maintaining a welcoming store environment; bilingual skills and prior retail experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand/sit for long periods and perform duties
• Able to minimally lift 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer questions, deliver friendly and professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare merchandise in department based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
