Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Texas to greet customers, help locate products, and process purchases with accuracy and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience using a computer.
• Six months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other areas to support customer service excellence.
• Prepare department merchandise according to customer needs (paint tinting, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
