Job summary

Lowe's in Kokomo, Indiana is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement projects. You will engage customers, answer questions, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

The role involves assisting with merchandise, stocking, and occasional loading of items, with opportunities across several departments. Prior retail or customer service experience is helpful, and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or retail tech devices.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods and perform duties.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other areas to support store goals.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., cutting/mixing materials).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
