Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Georgia to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You will engage with customers, answer questions, and support multiple departments as needed to meet customer needs.

Ideal candidates have basic computer skills, retail tech experience, and the ability to lift items. This role offers a dynamic, in-store environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
