Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate in South Burlington, VT to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement needs. You will answer questions, assist with locating merchandise, process orders, and ensure a friendly, efficient shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or retail tech
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic
• Prolonged standing/sitting and physical duties
• Minimally lift 25 lbs, with or without accommodation
• Comfort with using store technology on a daily basis

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint/paint, cut items)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
