Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Associate to help customers find the right products for their home improvement needs. You’ll greet customers, answer questions, and guide them through the shopping or checkout process in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and handle duties requiring standing or sitting for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock and replenish shelves as needed to maintain stocked displays.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt of products.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
