Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

You will engage with customers, process orders, and maintain well-stocked departments to support smooth store operations. Ideal candidates have basic computer and mobile tech skills, are comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs, and can work in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties as needed
• Lifts up to 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
