Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in the United States. You will greet customers, help them find products, and ensure a positive shopping experience across departments. The role emphasizes responsive service, item location, and timely order handling.

You’ll work across departments, assist with loading and stocking, and support a wide range of customer needs. The job requires basic computer skills and strong communication with customers in-store.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time
• Cross-train in other areas to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
