Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, retrieving, or editing information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service
• Prepare department merchandise for customer needs (e.g., paint, lumber, hardware)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
