Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify data
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods and perform duties
• Minimum lifting of 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service
• Prepare merchandise in your department (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
