Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input and retrieve information.
• 6 months experience using retail tech such as smartphones or tablets.
• Able to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and select products across departments.
• Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Process orders and coordinate deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., cutting, tinting, etc).
• Assist customers through checkout and guidance to help complete purchases.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
