Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers find products and solutions for home improvement. You will greet customers, answer questions, and provide friendly, efficient service throughout the store.

The role supports a range of departments and requires basic computer use, familiarity with retail technology, and the ability to handle lifting and standing for shifts. A positive, team‑oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience including input/output information
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology (phones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on‑time receipt
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare department products per customer needs (e.g., paint tinting, pipes, lumber)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
