Job summary

Lowe’s Stores in Arnold, Missouri, seeks a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help find products, and support a smooth shopping experience. You’ll engage with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and ensure merchandise is organized and ready for sale.

Roles vary by department and may include loading merchandise, processing orders, and cross-training in other areas to deliver excellent service. A part-time position with growth potential is available.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use including inputting, accessing, modifying information.
• 6 months using common retail tech such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand/sit for long periods and perform duties as required.
• Must lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise and replenish shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other areas to improve service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., tint/paint, cut materials).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
