Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience using a computer for inputting, accessing, or outputting information.
• Minimum 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction) proficiency.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform duties as required.
• Minimum lifting of 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves by identifying empty areas and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time arrival.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut and thread pipes).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
