Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products with friendly, knowledgeable service across departments. You’ll engage with shoppers, answer questions, locate merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met throughout the day.

This role supports a diverse store team, with opportunities to learn, cross-train, and grow. The position includes benefits, discounts, and growth programs typical of a large retail employer.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic software.
• 6 months experience with retail tech like smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint tint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
