Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products for home improvement needs. You will engage shoppers, answer questions, and ensure a positive store experience.

Responsibilities include assisting with locating products, loading/stocking merchandise, and delivering friendly service throughout the day. Part-time schedules and growth opportunities are available within Lowe's.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with retail technology such as devices.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt of merchandise.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
