Job summary

Lowe's, Attleboro, MA, is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, locate products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience in a fast-paced home improvement environment.

You will help customers with product selection, load merchandise when needed, and contribute to a positive store atmosphere through helpful interactions and accurate service. This role offers part-time scheduling and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer for input/output tasks.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic ability.
• Able to perform duties with prolonged standing/sitting and other activities.
• Minimum lifting 25 lbs unassisted or with help.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service quality.
• Prepare merchandise in department according to customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
