Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Springfield, MO. You will welcome customers, help them find products, answer questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience across departments. This role offers opportunities to learn multiple areas and grow with the company.

You may work part-time or full-time with a focus on delivering excellent customer service, assisting with merchandise, checkout, and answering questions throughout the day.

Competenze

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with or without an accommodation.

Mansioni

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock merchandise and replenish shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
