Job summary

Lowe’s in Springfield, MO is seeking a Customer Service Associate to warmly greet customers, help them find products, and provide friendly, solution-focused service throughout their shopping experience.

You’ll assist with locating merchandise, stock shelves, process orders and deliveries, and may cross-train in other departments to help deliver the best customer service. This part-time role offers flexible hours and opportunities to grow within Lowe’s.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic ability.
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform job duties for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other departments to improve service quality.
