Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and deliver friendly service for home improvement needs.

You will interact with customers, stock merchandise, assist with orders and deliveries, and may rotate through departments to learn new skills.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology (smart phones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties as required
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock merchandise by finding empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/thread pipe, cut and bundle wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
