Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You’ll assist with locating items, stocking merchandise, processing orders, and coordinating with other departments to deliver excellent service.

The role emphasizes flexibility across departments, strong communication, and a customer-first attitude in a dynamic home improvement environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying information)
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction)
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties as required
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodations

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint/paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
