Interim HealthCare of Maine seeks a Home Health Business Development Representative to own a defined Maine territory, build referral relationships, and drive census growth with physicians, SNFs, and hospitals.

You will lead territory strategy, conduct in-person sales calls and educational sessions, and coordinate with clinical teams to ensure quality patient care. Base salary $75,000–$85,000 plus bonus; comprehensive benefits and flexible field schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales in home health, hospice, medical, or healthcare services.
• Ability to build referral relationships with physicians, discharge planners, SNF/ALF staff, case managers, and social workers.
• Knowledge of Medicare-certified home health services, eligibility, and referral processes.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain a robust referral network with clinicians, SNFs, hospitals, and rehab centers across Maine.
• Identify high-value accounts; develop tailored penetration strategies and growth plans.
• Conduct regular in-person calls, lunch-and-learns, and community education to increase visibility and referrals.
• Track prospecting, account development, and referral activity in a CRM and report weekly pipeline trends.
