Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a Home Health Agency.
- 1 year of management experience.
- Current RN license in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Promote and uphold the Agency mission, vision and values.
- Coordinate and schedule daily office workload and staffing.
- Provide daily supervision of field nurses and Home Health Aides to ensure care quality.
- Review clinical content, diagnoses, medical history, medications, and fee status.
- Direct staff toward appropriate use of community resources.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching for development.
- Assess client needs and appropriateness of home care during intake.
- Participate in audits and interdisciplinary team conferences.
